E-learning and Seminar:

The combination of e-learning with seminar attendance (= blended learning) combines the advantages of both learning methods.
By means of independent learning of basic knowledge with the learning programme "Easy Business" the seminar time is kept to a minimum. In the seminar the knowledge is implemented and built upon from the first minute. This means a high level is achieved.

In the Seminar processes involving group dynamics play a key role (compiling common solution strategies for specific case studies, presentations, discussions). Upon request specific details of the company (operational accounting sheet, ratios) can be used at internal company seminars. It has also proved worthwhile to actively involve someone from relevant departments (e.g. controlling) in the seminar.
